Escaping the demands of childhood cancer

We love seeing kids laugh, dance, make friends, push their limits and just be kids. Our free camp programs offer kids from across Alberta a chance to escape the demands of cancer for outdoor fun and adventure in a safe, caring environment. Camp helps develop independence, transferrable life skills, and emotional resilience in vulnerable and isolated children. And don’t forget, camp isn’t just for kids! We offer year-round Teen Camps and Family Camps, so the whole family can benefit from the healing and recovery that camp offers.

Kids Cancer Care uses camp for only part of the year, leaving a number of days open for our community. Whether you’re a school group looking for outdoor leadership training, a choir in need of a music hall, another not-for-profit seeking a safe and fun environment or a corporate group in search of a retreat, Camp Kindle is the place for you.
